Stop by the tasting room from 12 to 5 p.m. for a sample of their wonderful products including Thai Salad Dressing & Chipotle Mayonnaise along with tasty menu ideas from their creative cookbook!
Friday, July 3, 2009 - Friday Afternoon with Two Cooks Catering
While working together at an innovative local restaurant, Chef Ben and Chef Russell decided to combine their shared love of cooking and start their own business, Two Cooks Catering. Sample a unique slice of Central Coast cuisine, featuring the two Chefs' creative hors d’ oeuvres and fresh global fare paired with selected Meridian Limited Release wines. Available from 12-5 p.m. in our Tasting Room.
Friday, July 4, 2009 - 12th Annual Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks Show
Swing on by for our largest, most spectacular event of the year! Dance the night away while you listen to live music by the Sugar Daddy Swing Kings. Bring along your low-back lawn chairs & blankets and settle in for an amazing fireworks display over the vineyards! Picnic dinners by Cahoot's Catering, ice cream by Doc Burnstein's and Meridian wine will all be available for purchase. Please bring extra cash for dinner and ice cream. Gates open at 6pm. Saturday, August 29, 2009 – Summer Esprit Flights & Bites
We invite you to attend our Annual Summer Esprit Flights & Bites presented by The Wineries of Highway 46 East! Join us on a beautiful Paso Robles Summer evening and sample an extravaganza of rare and reserve wines paired with artisan cheeses and delectable gourmet bites including local olives and olive oils! Enjoy live jazz music performed by The Tipsy Gypsies and purchase a BBQ dinner to complete your evening. The festivities take place on the beautiful grounds of Sylvester Winery featuring acres of rolling green lawns, vineyard views and oak studded hills on Saturday, August 29, 2009 from 5 to 8 p.m. Participating wineries include Bianchi Winery, Chumeia Vineyards, Eberle Winery, Eos Estate Winery, Firestone Vineyard, Martin & Weyrich Winery, Meridian Vineyards, Sylvester Winery and Tobin James Cellars.
As a benefit to our visitors we are also listing events from our cellar partner, Cellar360. Club members receive the same wine purchase discounts at the Cellar360 that they do at the winery!
